As soon as your payment is received, we will start processing your order. If this happens on a business day (Mon – Fri) before 4:30 PM, we will ship it the same day.

Sending and receiving times
- Monday to Friday – Orders placed Mon–Fri before 4:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day.
- Weekend orders – Orders placed on Friday (after 4:00 PM), Saturday, and Sunday are shipped Monday.
- Delivery within the Netherlands – Shipments are usually delivered within 1 or 2 business days in the Netherlands (PostNL aims for next-day delivery Mon-Fri).
Delivery to other European countries – Delivery times vary between 2 and 6 business days. Please check the official PostNL international delivery page for more information.
If your order is placed after 4:00 PM, we will do our best to ship it the same day, but we cannot give any guarantees.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. No product names or company details are visible on the outside. Only your address and the standard shipping label are shown.
At this moment we cannot accept iDEAL payments. We are working on making this available, but as you can probably imagine, finding a suitable provider in our industry takes time.

We check incoming payments on our bank account several times a day. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your payment has been received.

Returns
- Request a return – You can request a return via email or WhatsApp.
- Return costs – Free return shipping is not provided by us. Customers are responsible for purchasing and sending their own return label, but of course we are happy to assist if necessary.
- Return conditions – By EU law, you have 14 days to return your order. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
- Refund method – Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless another method has been agreed.
- Refund processing time – Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return has been received and approved.
- Refund conditions – Refunds are only issued once the returned product meets the return conditions.
